I searched Google looking to buy a Warn 16.5ti winch for my truck. Google showed me a listing from lieop.com for this winch with a price of $1199.99 and free shipping. I went to the website. It reported they had the winch in stock and allowed me to order the winch. I paid for the order via Paypal which was the only payment method offered by the website. The payment processed and the order was placed on 10/05/2022. The next morning, I find I received a text this morning from +1-415-390-6187 telling me I was refunded my money and apologized for the problem, which they did not specify. In another text, this person offers to give me a discount on the winch and express shipping if I offer to pay with another method. I texted back and asked why I was refunded my payment yet offered a discount and express shipping if I paid with another method. I was then told they had a problem with PayPal payments and asked me to send money by bank transfer, to which I refused. They are now contacting me again by text message asking me which payment service I would like to use. I told them PayPal was the only payment option offered by their website and that I was suspicious of anything offered outside the website.
