Ordered product one time paying shipping cost only. Company sent a order following month at full price $179.86. Product delivered with no packing slip. No information on returns or email, phone number. Shipping label only. Returned product not used or opened to address it shipped from with tracking number and signature. Product was received and signed for. Company refuses to give full refund.

This company Life Choice Keto offered weight loss pills and a metabolism pill called Garcinia for a free trial only have to pay for shipping. Then they sent me another shipment without my ordering them and charged me $179.66. I don’t d not even use the first set of pills. I don’t want these and no where online or in their shipping package or on their bottles is there a phone number or a website to refer to for customer service. Such a scam!

Life Choice 8429 Lorraine Road# 417 Lakewood, Florida 34240 sent me Keto and Garcinia in October as trial. Now a get a package with Garcinia for 89.82 I did not order. Now I cannot find a Phone number and address show retiremnet home in Florida. Help I am sending this back.

I ordered a product called LIFE CHOICE KETO online.... I should have known when a count down timer came up to make me hurry up and order the product fast.... no additional info about charges came up but my spidey senses kicked in about the "Trial offer.... " After trying to get to the order page again, I was taken to a different site, and it listed all kinds of "future" charges of like $189.00 I would be charged for my next orders.... I called their 800 number which was 833-696-2482 and held for a long time- to some stupid song about long hold times. Then a guy answers and tells me he cant find my name and phone number in their system. I said well this number is the number it listed and he goes well someone probably stole our phone number i happens all the time! I said, look, you will not charge me for any future unauthorized charges or products. Remove my info immediately I am declining you authorization. I said my husband is an attorney and not only will I be making a report to BBB, I will begin a class action lawsuit for this fraud. He actually said to me "Just so you know we are recording this conversation" as an intimidation tactic lol and I said good, I am as well, thank you "Harvey" (who said he couldn't tell me his last name or company name due to security issues lol).... and that is good you are recording it so you can refer back to it when a lawsuit comes your way!!

I then called my bank, reported the two initial charges for the product (keto and garcenia pills) and had them cancel my card so the fraudsters cant charge me future payments.

The two charges on my account came from two DIFFERENT companies- one is called beachtekhealth.com and the other says trappshoppe.com GO FIGURE lol.

BUYER BEWARE!
