A voice mail message was left on my phone stating what my reference number was. No other information was given about who was calling for me. I called the number back from a different phone number and there was wait music playing, and then a prerecorded message saying I would be on a recorded line. A representative came on and said very quickly that this was "Life? Energy," and stated her ID number. When I asked what the name of the company was again, since it was hard to hear, she just kept asking for my reference number and ignoring my question before eventually hanging up on me. I called back two more times and got the same response.
