After waiting 38 days for my order to arrive, I contacted the company via email, Customer Support. I was told that my parcel had been delivered, and signed for, at my address. This was not true. I received no parcel!
Continuing forward, I have sent a multitude of emails to this company, only to receive the same regurgitated babble about my order being delivered and signed for. However, the shipping company (which, by the way, they told me was FedEx Express) could not provide proof of delivery! And in a subsequent email, I was told that their company could not afford to use a Signature Service. What?
I communicated back and forth for weeks to no avail. I threatened to contact the BBB, which I found out does not deal with issues outside the US or Canada!
The company offered to reship my order, which never came. And then they started offering a partial refund, for which I declined repeatedly. I wanted a 100% refund! I am now at a 90% refund offer. I guess I will suffer the losses and accept. If, that is, they actually do refund my money!
I was burned once before by a Chinese rip-off company pretending to be a Clark’s shoes dealer. I did finally receive a full refund after weeks of stress and headaches. Do not fall for this crap like I did! Twice!
