Took me for $599.

Life Protect tapped into my gas company saying they were Enbridge gas, giving free Medical Alert buttons. Not true, I believed it, having a plate in my leg, I needed a button, and they billed my account for $599, when complained they said they would reduce the cost, but they never did, I returned the button. No refund.

I was mailed a life protect 24/7 Health monitoring system with a fake invoice to lure me into their program. I did not order any of this and in fact it says it's for Medicare recipients which I am too young to participate in. This is a shameful phishing marketing scam preying on old people!

mbr called into insurance company and was told this company could give her a telephonic alert system. company is not valid and mbr gave credit card number to person on the phone.
