I received a text from the the 551 # above stating my auto-renewal for software protection that I supposedly bought in 2017. This is ludicrous. The 2 people I spoke with sounded like they were Indian decent. I was told they were going to deduct the funds from my account by EOB tomorrow. I asked them which acct and they said they tell me when I renew the contract. I admittedly said a few choice words and told them I was reporting the call.

I got a voicemail on my answering machine stating they were form Lifetech and that my contract on my PC was expiring and that I would have to pay 2000.00 to renew it. They didn't ask for me specifically but said If I want to cancel I have to call back.
