I looked at our checking account and there was no transaction for $397.79. Then I called the Norton phone number and spoke with Sam Winter. I told him I never purchased this LifeLock with Norton and I want to know what was going on. I never told him I had already checked my account. He said we can give your money back if you go on our web site Ref. ( www.teamviewer.com ). He said log in and I will help you fill out the request to get your money back. By then, I figured something was wrong.
