I placed an order through the online store site. It was www.LifeSeries.Shop and the email was [email protected]. It was advertising preorder for Christmas 2023. I ordered a pullover and 2 tshirts. They sent me a UPS tracking # but it's been pending pickup since Feb 5, 2024. I have sent several emails and have not got a reply back from either email addresses they listed. The other email was [email protected]. I don't have a physical address for the store just the city of Haslet, TX is where the package is pending pick up. There is no known phone number for the store either. The website just states they operate out of Texas. No town, no other information. I know the shop was set up by a YouTube platform called life series.
