First, product advertised was by Shark tank advertisement. Then the capsules came not dissolving tablets. Then the price was advertised 5 for $35 Returned as advised, but no refund was refunded as stated. Purchase date 4/11/22 returned 5/11/22.

There are 3 different addresses and phone numbers for this company - THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!!!

I was browsing the product on the internet and input my credit card but changed my mind at the last minute and never "submit" the order. I was charged $198 anyway. I immediately asked for a full refund if I showed them a picture of the product unopened. I did and was given a confirmation # to ship it back with.

I sent it immediately with a a tracking # on my end where it had to be signed for. This was back in March 22.

On May 5, I emailed regarding my refund.

"Oh ma'am, we never got your product."

I showed verification that I HAD returned the product WITH the signed signature.

"OOOHHH, right. Ok, please allow 10-14 business days for your refund of $178." So I waited.

It is July 6, and I still have NOT received my refund. AND they tried to hit my card another $65.

I have emailed 15x - nothing.

I have called 4x and been placed on hold, been promised so many "refunds". All are LIES!!! I will never see this IMAGINARY "refund" so I have quit wasting my time and my life waiting.

So I am out $198 and don't even have "product" for that money. After how they LIE, I'm glad I never took the stuff. Who knows what's even inside of it.

I have since filed a "fraud" charge with my bank and they went after them instead.

DO NOT PURCHASE A SINGLE THING from this company!!!!! If I can save anyone the time and money - don't do it!!

My 90 year old parents received a package in the mail with detox and Keto pills they did not order. I looked at their credit card statement, and they were charged almost $250 for these pills, they didn't order! I cancelled the charge on the credit card as fraud and contacted Lifestyle Keto to get a return label to send them back. He told me 3 or 4 times that I had to pay for the return shipment because somehow my parents ordered them. I'm not sure how they got my parents' info, but it's very disturbing. My parents would NEVER order Keto pills. This is a total scam, and I'd love to know how they got my parents' info. We cancelled the charges and the credit card.

While clicking through an ad on Instagram, I decided to purchase 1 bottle of Lifestyle Keto for the price listed of $39. I entered my billing information and by-passed the offering of the the Lifestyle Detox by clicking "Continue" - which was the ONLY option to leave the page. Once I clicked continue to finalize my purchase of ONE bottle of Lifestyle Keto I received my purchase confirmation for FIVE bottles AND 2 bottle of Lifestyle Detox for a total of $248.46. I immediately attempted to cancel the order online and was directed to a customer service number. I have called the service number multiple times at varying hours of the day and my calls have NEVER been answered. The customer service email provided is also fake. I would love to get my money back and to also know this won't happen to others. I have also reported this as a scam on Instagram. I have shopped via IG many times and have never encountered a scam until now.

Ordered this product, Lifestyle Keto, online. Offer read 59.95 for 3 bottles + 2 free bottles. As soon as credit card info given, I was charged $198.00. Each time I attempted to contact, a different product showed up online and a different contact number with phony customer service. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH SHARK TANK!!! Unable to contact, no product delivered. I did call my credit card company and made a fraud complaint and requested a new card. Since this, I read this company, or whatever it is, is located in Africa, IS A SCAM. WARNING TO ALL!
