On Nov. 7, 2020, I ordered an electric shovel ($39.99 plus $4.99 shipping). I received an email confirming my purchase and my credit card was charged. Since that time, I have not received the item nor had an response to my numerous email inquiries. Unfortunately there is no other means of contacting the company.

I have reported it to my bank.
