I saw an ad on facebook for a electric snow shovel i was interested in purchasing. I clicked the link and looked at the item on the site. Than went ahead and purchased the item. They responded immediately with a email saying my item would be processed. However shortly after i purchased i read reviews on the ad and found that people were not receiving there orders. I emailed the company right away and requested to cancel my order. No response. I continued to email multiple times over the next two weeks and still no response. Package has never shipped.
