My credit card with TotalVisa was charged twice for $115- total $230.00. The name of the merchant was given on the 1st transaction amount and nothing else.The 2nd transaction the phone number was stated as 888-534-7217 and the letters LA following, not sure if that's the State or City. When I called the number they refused to speak to me because I had a dispute on-going with TotalVisa was what I was told. When I asked what was the product they sold and when /how did I suposedly order this product I was told it was when I signed up for a free iPhone, which I vaguely remember that. Also, when verifying the address on the 2nd charge it was an old address and also the card charged was a new credit card that I never had in my possession. So how could I have done the transaction?!
