I ordered two mobile phone screen wipes in the middle of November. It stated shipping was 12-20 days. I never received the products. The last update on their "tracking location" was Dec. 14th. There is no contact phone number to call, only email. I emailed asking for a refund. I was told I would have to wait for the package to arrive and then return the products. I told them it had been almost 60 days since I placed my order and that it was obvious I wasn't going to receive it. I also told them since they would not refund me and it was way past the delivery date, that I was going to report them. I never heard back. I do not recommend anyone using this website and I hope they will be shut down.
