This company has multiple reviews saying the same thing but with different products. I went searching for a pair of the viral Tik Tok leggings thinking LiftLegging would have the lift leggings I was looking for. I ordered just before Valentine’s Day so expecting shipping to take some time. Then March hit and I hadn’t even heard from them since receiving order confirmation. I emailed them, received an auto response saying they have a limited crew due to COVID and need at least a week to respond. They responded with, your package is being prepped for shipping. Like they forgot about my order and haven’t even put it together, I emailed twice asking for full refund before the item was even shipped and they just kept sending me the same update with a tracking number that brought me to a very weird sketchy tracking website. At this point, I was done. The tracking number didn’t work and my requests for a refund were ignored. I even reached out to the local post office to report this item. It eventually showed up, again, not what I wanted at this point and the product is a cheap knock off of what they’re advertising. Now, upon requesting a refund which their website says “ We have a very simple return policy:

You have 30 days to email customer support to request a refund. Your money will be returned back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. We are not responsible for any FX charges that your bank charges; we process all orders in USD.” they are now requesting I pay to ship the item back for maybe a refund if they receive it and it’s in “perfect” condition OR only get half my money back which neither of these options are mentioned in their returns policy but that’s okay because their terms of service covered them there “ We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.”

The only reason they sent out the package in my opinion, was because I emailed them asking for my product. I can only imagine how many people order these, forget and never see their money again.
