I received an email January 25, 2025 stating my package was delivered but also received an email stating that my package was “on its way”.
I reached out to the costumer services & they also said my package was delivered but it was not.
They tried 3 attempts to give me discounted compensations ( one for 20% & one for 60% & resend my items expedited free of charge).
I have sense emailed them back with taking actions on getting my full refund
