The company used a video made by Clint Ober to insinuate that they were his company. Slow coming and tracking did not work. Turned out they were in Germany (he is American) and they sent a knockoff product of such quality that it is not effective. They would not cover the cost of a return, plus there is a problem with them not paying customs to receive the package. Therefore, no return and no refund.
