Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I purchased over $50,000 lot from lightening auction that located in Spark, NV. Baseball memorabilia the auction was trying to sell to me was counterfeit and I have proof on me that items were counterfeit. I refused to buy the entire auction lot after a discovery of counterfeit items and lightening auction went ahead and charged my credit card for $2,827.96 stating that items sold “as is” and I owe them non-refundable deposit. I’d like to bring their business practices to your attention. “As is” does not cover fraud or tort. Thank you.
