Lightspeed inspect reached out to me through indeed, seemed VERY legit, said they seen my resume and we impressed! I was desperately looking for a job at that time and it was a work from home job so I was very interested, I responded and they had me fill out an application through the website, a couple days later I was contacted via email by “HR” they told me I had been selected for an interview, the interview was held over the phone, they explained to me the job was a shipping inspector, I would be receiving packages, inspecting them and shipping them out, and a few days later I got an email back saying they wanted to hire me. I was sent hire forms to fill out and once I sent them back I was hired, I was contacted by my “supervisor” through this user portal they use and I was told all I needed was a printer to start because I would need to print out labels so I could ship the packages out but that it would be refunded on my first check, so I bought a $70 label printer from Amazon, everything seemed legit. She also told me that I wouldn’t get paid for a month and also when I signed the hiring forms it explained the pay which was $2800 base pay, you get paid by weekly but your first payday you get paid that amount in full for the month and that you got a $25 bonus for any packages you ship out. Moving forward closer to my payment day “HR emailed me again to get my direct deposit info, now at this point something did seem a little off, with the ways they said they would have to pay me, it was strange to me but also I brushed it off because I thought it was a little different because it was a third party company, so anyways I gave them my cashapp bank info because I didn’t trust it enough to give my main bank account info but either ways they still have my personal info, such as my bank account info, ID, and home address.

Hello i worked with them as well and still haven’t got paid 2 weeks later and after i sent all the box’s out they deactivated my account .. we need to close the business down !
