Was contacted by person named nathen brooks said he was loan officer for lightstream loans and i was approved for a loan just had to pay for insurance to guarantee loan would be paid told me i could use cashapp then gave me his debitcard number to link to my bank then realized it was a scam

My grandmother has been speaking with a person in Lakeland, FL by the name of Patricia Johnson. They are claiming to be from Lightstream Loans. Although we know Lightstream is an actual business, the person my grandmother is speaking with is not from this company. The phone number used is a text app number. We have records of this number calling outside the hours of business listed on the website including 1am.
