My TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ALEX AND Sean McCalan were going to give me a loan I went through all the verification process and still a month later no loan they sent me small amounts to verifi and never sent the actual loan I was disappointed and disrespected get sent to voicemail after it rings being told I’ll be call not very good customer service I asked if I wasn’t going to get it then just say that but no they kept waisting my time shameful they Sean and Alex tried to deposit a bad check which resulted in an overdraft I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with this terrible company
