It ask you to fill out application online to see if you qualify for assistance. I put in alot of personal information such as ss#, personal documents to download and all my basic info. Now my phone has all kinds of alerts and notifications to click on or my device will be disconnected, my phone is at risk, my account may have been hacked, deposits into certain accounts supposedly but click on link to accept, payment failed and its all coming from the website i mentioned. It wants you to click on certain things probably to access all phone info or account info. These notifications come in everyday all day and no way to get rid of.
