They contacted me by phone - ************, customer ID # ********** - last week saying that if I don't get coverage that my house would go into default. I called the place that has my reverse mortgage and they said we would not send this type of information to me. They told me on the phone that they were accredited with the Better Business Bureau. They wanted me to give them $495 today and sent me to another department and said $195 today. They used my physical address which I don't use. So I contacted the Better Business Bureau to see if this was a legitimate company.
