I placed an order to their site after seeing their products and positive comments on Instagram, spent $221.75 on 2 swimsuits, tank top set, and a hoodie set. I recieved a confirmation email that looked good & right. 3 weeks pass and I get no shipping email or tracking update, so I send them an email, no response. Send another email a month later, no response. Send another email, message them off instagram many times, even commented under their posts & still no response. I wasn’t able to get my money back either cus I waited too long.

I began following "psychorebelxx" on Instagram years ago. She advertises Halloween clothing that she sells on her online store. She recently advertised for a bikini promotion. I spent $91.69 and received a confirmation email (although it went to spam). It has been over a month now and I have not heard back, despite multiple efforts to contact customer support and messaging her on Instagram. It is clear I will not be getting the products I ordered.
