Ordered a top on January 3, 2018 through PayPal $33.53. Received top from Shanghai, China on February 4, 2018. Top was sent in wrong color, poor quality, strings hanging off of it on multiple places. Says return in 30 days. Required a ticket process which included having to upload pictures of the top. After this, they came back with an offer to keep the top and receive 50% back of my money. I refused the offer. They then came back with " it is a pity that you didn't take our offer, after talking with my manager, we can do 80% refund and keep the shirt. " I have chosen to receive 80% back and donate the shirt. I agreed to this offer on February 7th. They responded that they would refund within one business day. and as of yesterday, no money has been refunded to my card or notification through PayPal account. Just noticed as I was checking through my email, all PayPal emails come in as [email protected], whereas this email from Liligal comes in only as PayPal. Never went through PayPal, just set up to look like it did. When I sent another email yesterday asking of the status, they then came back with that it is China New Year holiday between 2/13-2/22 and that they could not respond to me until after February 22. This is a scam. I will be contacting Visa to get my money back. It is in the amount of $25.26 that they owe me.
