I’m going through what everyone else has said about the products arriving late, not looking like the pictures, expensive shipping, and being offered $8 as a refund for an almost $100+ purchase. I do not recommend purchasing from this seller. They should be shut down and prohibited from doing business with the US. It’s a China based company, using a TX address. Then hiding behind its China location to discourage returns and make it impossible to get refunds. This is a buyer beware — they will not refund your purchases if you do not like them or they do not fit. Plus the material is nearly see-thru and feels cheaply made.

I placed an order on Lilipretty during Thanksgiving holiday. I received package weeks later but the items were too small. I contacted Lilipretty via email for a refund. They answered with offering me $4.00 for the 79.89 purchase I made. The send me two other options. I took the option to send it back and get a refund of my money. I sent it back through USPS. It cost me $40.00 to send it back but it came with tracking information. I periodically checked for the status my return. The items have been in China customs since 1/10/24 (2 months). The company stop communicating with me. I then contacted my credit card company to help me get back my money. It was only then that Lilipretty responded and communicated to the credit card company that 1. the item was delivered 2. The cardholder did not request to return or refund the order. 3. We received no refund request email from the cardholder. American Express sided with them and recharged the chargeback. I have an email chain confirming I requested a refund, paid for it to go back to China and have the tracking information. My credit card company (America Express) is saying they can't help me and have closed the dispute 4x times. Each time I have asked to re-open the case and to suspend the charge/ Lilipretty won't pick up the package at customs. Its been two months and 1 day to realize this company is a scam and that they don't want to return my money.
