We got in touch with the owner by text Patrick Minor and he said
$600.00 for a Border Collie puppy that we wanted to breed with our female Border Collie and then $200.00 to deliver to our home from the airport $800.00 total. He text me saying he would ship the 8 week Border Collie that next day .
He asked if I have Pay Pal so then I sent him the money through Friends and Family. Not thinking anything because we had been texting back and forth.
That next day he text me saying he needed $2490.00 for cite permit documentation to enter our state. I text him back and told him that I never heard of that and that I don’t have that kind of money. He text me and said that its a recent update for our state.
Without that money he text me saying that the puppy could not enter our state.
Needless to say we are out of the $800 and our “Murphy” puppy that we were looking forward so much to meet him and so excited !
