I am part of the Lily Collins hack through Facebook. I was initially contacted through a Facebook notification to my email that our business account (Wood Realtors) was tagged for Non-Compliance to their community standards. Upon logging in directly to Facebook (not clicking on the link in the email because I thought it might be phishing), I noticed the same message in the drop-down notification menu. I proceeded to go to the business account to see if I could find where/ what might have been flagged. From there, it was a short series of events and notifications I received that went from my account being suspended for 180 days (name already changed to Lily Collins), to it being disabled and they've reviewed the decision and it can't be reversed. I entered my actual phone number in Facebook and confirmed my location in Billings/ Lockwood, MT to verify that it was me. I received an email stating the following: "Hi Lily, We wanted to let you know that your phone number +62 895-4110-35618 was removed from your account because it was registered and verified by another person on Facebook. You previously added this phone number for two-factor authentication to help protect your account. For your protection, this phone number is no longer available to use for two-factor authentication on your account because another person verified it." I thought I was clear from there on out because they had removed what I thought was the threat. But I now have no access and no way to change my hacked account back to me. That obviously wasn't the case that Facebook removed that person/number from my account.
