My daughter ordered what she thought was a reborn baby doll. What she got was nothing of the sort. The images on the website are completely skewed from the product you actually receive. The attached pictures show a side-by-side comparison (I'm sure I don't need to explain which is which). I reached out to their customer service via Facebook Messenger and they proceeded to tell me that those same pictures and order ID number are exactly what my daughter ordered, which is a joke.
