I ordered items from this company back in November. I got a notification a month later that the items had been delivered, however they were not. I asked for a refund as these were Christmas gifts. They said they would expedite the order and send it again, however it never showed. After ordering it seems many people are having the same problem. After the second attempt I asked for my money back. They said they could give a refund, however it woule only be 70% because of the shipping costs they had incurred. I told them absolutely not. They were to give me a full refund. I was finally reinbursed Feb 1st (after ordering in mid-November), however everyone needs to be leery of ordering from here. I wish I had checked the ScamPulse.com before ordering from this company.

(Fyi) I could not find a phone number for this boutique.
