I ordered merchandise on November 22, 2023. On November 26, 2023 in requested a tracking number. And since December 14, 2023 I have trying to get my package from them. The tracking number was provided on 818Track. The package supposedly would get from China to Paducah, KY and disappear, not once but twice. I have requested a refund and the customer service continues to tell me I will receive my package or a refund, but I have not received either. This is my order number ORDERlimelushbo231122224619104
