Ad showed Buy 2 get 1 Free which I clicked through on expecting to pay for 2 items at $9.98 each and get a 3rd free. Despite the fact that the purchase showed 'Christmas Promotion Buy 2 Get 1 Free' I was charged for 3 items including an international transaction fee. I was expecting to have paid <$20 for three items and the purchase came to close to $40 with the international fee.

Reached out to the seller as soon as I noticed the error and asked them to cancel the order. They would not. Item showed that it was shipped from China but package arrived today with address in Texas:

Chances are that many will not get their credit card bills until after the holiday when they realize this is a scam and that the seller no longer exists.
