My debit card was hacked and used by the hacker to purchase something from Limitless Luxuries. I looked up and contacted the company and they are unwilling to refund my money because they have a no refund policy. I seriously doubt they are a real company. I did not purchase anything from them.... they just took my money out of my account, I had not even heard of them. I have no account number, since I did not make the purchase.

This company firstly, sells counterfeit beauty products. they claim to be a US company, however if packages are received they arrive from China.

their shipping policy was 5-7 days they changed their website this week after i told them i would be filing a fraud claim with BBB.). They rarely answer request for information or respond to emails from customers, they do not send customers a tracking number or shipping verification. packages take 6 weeks or more to be delivered if they are delivered at all. they refuse to cancel orders or issue refunds. this company is fraudulent. please check their Facebook page for dozens of complaints exactly like this. they also appear to be a foreign company acting as a US company. i filed a dispute with PayPal and was refunded for a product not received after more than 6 weeks.
