LimitlessX is a “Horrible “Scam company in collaboration with a nefarious outfit named “Giveaway Sweepstakes”. My checking account debit card number was stolen somehow, someway. My account was charged $294.00 before I found out about it. How I discovered LimitlessX was when a bottle of Keto diet pills arrived in a LimitlessX shipping bag. Shipping label doesn’t have a return address, no seller name on the bag address or packaging if it can be called that! Finally, “Sweepstakes” agreed to refund Me $294.00That was 8 days ago! No one will admit to how they obtained my debit card information.

The company advertises through social media claiming to send free trials to consumers, but consumers must provide a valid card. What they actually do is charge the card $119.85 and send some snake oil keto gummy. They keep the card information and send more gummies every two months without the consumer’s knowledge. They have setup an answering machine on their phone that directs you back to the original voicemail no matter which option chosen. There is no way to talk to an operator. Any other contact info given does not work.

Online order incorrectly charged my credit card for products not ordered, then it repeatedly continues to send the same products that were not ordered at random times and charges my credit card.

While surfing the internet, I happened upon the scammer’s ad for Keto+ACV gummies. The ad claimed that using the gummies (one per day) over a month or more will result in significant weight loss. There were testimonials from the product users. The ad also included a total endorsement by members of the TV show “Shark Tank “. Since I have diabetes and I would benefit from weight loss, I looked into the ad. The product was on sale, so I viewed several products and their costs. I chose the five (5) bottles for $39.99. I completed the demographic and payment sections and attempted to check out. Before the transaction was verified, there were additional choices to purchase the Keto + ACV gummies as well as other similar products. I accidentally pushed the button for an additional fee of $39.99. My efforts to undo my selection were futile.

Before the product arrived, I received a telephone call from a person who claimed that he represented the company. I don't remember his name, but it began with an ‘S’. He wanted to sell me another product that will help maintain the weight loss. I told him that I was not interested. Since an additional product was suggested to maintain weight loss, I asked him to cancel my original order which was not done.

I spoke with my endocrinologist about the Keto diet. He advised me not to use the product because of my diabetes.

I have attempted to contact Limitless X on numerous occasions by email and telephone. I have not been successful.

Consequently, I am filing this ScamPulse.com complaint. I was overcharged by Limitless X. My desire to cancel the order was ignored. My inability to contact the company to return the product.

They have a price online that the item is 35.00 and when my credit card texted me about the purchase I emailed them and told them i didnt want the purchase cause the price was different they sent it anyway and I called them and they said I have to pay a restocking fee but I emailed them to cancelle it before they shipped it.
