Incognito limo service had me put 375 down for resorvation deposit then charged me 1200 total for 5 hour of service scheduled september 6 that also included a 20% tip for a service never provided. And when canceling stated 100% of fee was non refundable with no services rendard. Website phone number does not work and persons number is different always same person answers. Also no address is provided only incognito is in MI and closed a year ago. Refused to give address when confronted.
