I bought make up in October and in November when I contacted the owner about my items she promised to give me a refund then blocked me

I made a purchase of cosmetic products on the merchant's online store on October 31, 2023. On November 27, 2023, I reached out to the merchant asking for tracking information because I had not received my order and she responded letting me know that USPS had lost my order and that she would be refunding me. She then reached out to me on December 7, 2023 stating that she would Zelle me in the amount of $56 and said that I would receive my funds by December 8, 2023. Nothing happened so I reached out on December 10, 2023 asking an update and she stated that she was waiting on Shopify to process the funds so she can Zelle me. I then reached out on December 13, 2023 and she stated it was still processing. I then proceeded to research the processing of refunds policy for Shopify which states 7-10 business days from the time when the refund was initiated. I then contacted her again on December 17, 2023 and received no response back. I reached out again today December 19, 2023 and discovered that I was blocked.
