The FB advertisement offered sale if garden product. A 3D wired scilpture, but instead a 2D sculpture of the fairy arrived. When I asked for refund, they offered 25% then 30% even though zi have rewuested a full refund and wamt the return mailing address they remsil elusive. I am worried because they are dishonest and have my bank account and identity info.

I responded to a facebook advertisement for garden fairies. The advertisement showed beautiful wire fairies that are between 2' - 3' feet tall and spin in the wind. I placed an order for a fairy and when it arrived, it is drastically different from the product advertised. I contacted the company via email and they refuse to provide a refund unless I spend $20 to ship the product back to CHINA. This company is using bait and switch advertising and taking advantage of consumers. The product provided is hideous and nothing like the pictures shown on their website or advertisements.
