My husband found an unbelievable deal-- 2005 Bambi Airstream for sale 1400 on Craigslist. The person emailed him saying they were station in some Military Base in Nebraska and that the airstream was located in an EBAY warehouse waiting to be delivered for inspection, that we would have 5 days. They wanted his full name, shipping address and phone number. They posted the ad in Austin craigslist. We also found their name on this site from a 2018 attempted scame, as well as another where they used the same story they told us regarding a different vehicle.

They claim they are a military person and are actually using a deceased servicewoman's name. In the other scam on this site, it seems they pretended to be a widow in her 60s.
