I ordered a product through a promotional on May 6. I received notification May 11 my product shipped. I emailed monthly after it didn't arrive and was given false future date shipping days. Those days came and 4 months later have no product.

ordered items and they are not shipping them. They have created a shipping label with USPS, but will not ship the items. When I contact them via their website, they have only replied once stating that the order will ship Soon. Now I see they do this to many other people. Dishonest company, stay away.

I waited over 17 weeks for my order to arrive. After many emails back and forth I finally received a partial order. It was missing two SPECIFIC sweatshirts I purchased. I capitalized specific because they sell a lot of mystery packages, but these were specific items. When I brought up the issue they decided to give me a credit which covered the cost of the items plus the tax. The problem I had with that though is the items were no longer available and the credit I received did not cover the current costs of two of their sweatshirts. They were running a massive sale back in February which is when I purchased, but now everything is much more expensive. On top of that I was not interested in their current line of products. When I asked for a refund of those items I was told to fill out the same form that got me in contact with their [email protected] in the first place. The company as a whole is not a scam, but this was poor customer service and definitely a company my friend group and I will no longer be purchasing from.

An online retailer under the name “[censored] love forever”. They sell items they don’t have, lie about the items ‘sent ’, harass their customers base and block users who ask for a refund.

I was sent a completely different item than what I ordered (after waiting a month to receive it). Every item I ordered from them turned out to be the worst quality possible. They refuse any type of exchange or return for the incorrect item. Do NOT order from them--they will just take your money and send you [incorrect] trash.

It says “mystery duffel bag”…… meaning you could get one of like 10 different bags they’re using for the mystery box… it looks like pretty good quality from the picture too. That’s unfortunate and sucks that it’s a super different style/vibe from the one you were looking at though! Was it at least still a mystery bag I hope?! Would like to know if u still recieved other stuff in it or just the bag?!

This company has kept products I ordered a month and a half ago and refuse to ship the purchased products. They refuse to assist or send the products ordered. When I complained about the products not being shipped, they threatened to send the products even later for complaining.

Yep! I ordered back in October 2021 and it’s now the middle of December and Linda fine gold won’t response to BBB complaint, they won’t refund my money and there are people in the comments saying they have not received there order since June of 2021, I made a Instagram proving this place is scamming people and Instagram took down the account. I don’t get how they are still in business. I have all the comments people have been making about their orders and nothing is being done. Kirill says orders will arrive before Christmas and he is out right lying! Something has to be done to bring this company down! Enough is enough!

The person who owns(?) runs(?) the business is Linda Finegold—-I refer to her as she in this so you won’t get confused.The website Lindafinegold.com is a complete scam. Be aware I’m posting this on August 18th.

My first order I made this year was purchased by me and the transaction happened on June 17th 2021. I still haven’t gotten it. Total: $25.95 The status doesn’t say shipped. Instead it says awaiting fulfillment.

I have more orders as well.

April 1, 2021. Total: $24.45.

I still haven’t received this purchase

June 28th 2021 total: $15.95

I haven’t received this order either.

July 2nd 2021. Total: $20.15

I haven’t received that order either.

July 4th 2021. Total: $10.95.

I received an order (not any of the ones listed) about 2 weeks ago. It wasn’t the very first order I made— it was the 3rd or fourth. I got a backpack, hoodie and 2 of the same shirt (I may have accidentally done that but it is in XL which isn’t even my size.) and as soon as I opened it, part of the bag ripped and the tags on the zipper came off. I didn’t contact because they have a policy that if it isn’t within 10 days it is invalid. It’s been 2 months and I haven’t received most of my orders. I emailed the company using the email I provided and they took 2 days or so to respond. It’s kinda hard to contact this company for shipping help because the owner screenshots the emails of people who are upset that they didn’t receive their order and posts it on Instagram for attention. I talked to another customer and he said he was having the same problem.

It’s not that I hate the clothing, I absolutely love their clothing and the clothing I got was really nice— besides the bag breaking.

Linda Finegold owns an Instagram (@lindafinegold) page, where she posts from angry emails—to clothing designs. The most annoying part about the business is that they lie to customers. Linda has a phone number you can set up to receive notifications about the sales and other things. On her page and her texts being sent, she claims they are doing an XBOX/PS5 giveaway, and to enter the giveaway you must purchase something to enter. I have seen several occasions she then doesn’t do the giveaway. Another lie is that the store will compensate (pay your money back) for the 300 people who first ordered. She always puts out a 15 min warning text when she does the compensation. I know this is a lie. I set up my cart with an item and waited for the text to send saying the compensation opportunity has started. As soon as I saw that text I switched pages and pushed the one button to order the purchase (my card is set up already so I only needed to press buy) I got. The business isn’t big and Linda on Instagram has before said only like 128 people joined one of her (fake) giveaways in total— she announced it asking for more people to join. So the business would have to compensate an item for 300 people.

I have sent an email pointing out all these lies with photos of her Instagram where she has said she will do a giveaway and lies for compensation. I had photo proof. I didn’t get a response from the business, instead the company blocked me on Instagram without a word.

This company issues gift card all the time, up to 20,000 a day for days at a time. Then they go around and cancel the orders without notice. They then can claim these as actual purchases even though customers did not get their products.
