I was hired as a customer service representative (or administrative assistant, investments department) and to set up an LLC and remote home office. During the first month, there were frequent ERP messages for seven (7) tasks, which were all completed before the assigned deadline. The tasks were all marked complete. During the second month, there were three (3) additional tasks, some described as Salary or Wire Transfer. The additional tasks were listed as pending review. During the 2nd month, I noticed that the contact phone number Phone: +1(844)2109725 was not for Lindo Digital, but supposedly for Vistex Incorporated. The address listed is Salisbury House, Office 417, London Wall, EC2M 5SQ, inquiries to the Companies House (UK version of company registry) say that there is no Lindo Digital company at that address.

Checking with the Illinois Secretary of State's Office and an inquiry of the LLC-5.5 filing determined that the LLC was filed 2/14/24 by Joseph Morales (Brentwood NY phone 631-885-6166, which is not in service).

Lindo Digital LTD. (UK Company 11504253) was incorporated in 2018 and claims to be an active and valid company, but cannot be contacted.

My Manager was Nicole Seymour (phone 347-504-0935) and I sent her text messages, which were never returned. She would respond via text message in

the ERP system (lindocrm.com/login) (https://erp.lindocrm.com/task/view/7158). Ms Seymour would claim that this was not a scam and that she would contact

HR or the Financial Department to get the problem resolved, but did not.

Emails were sent to HR ([email protected]) attention Victoria Horton, but the email responses did not arrive.

The address information for the Manager is as follows: Nicole Seymour, 1095 Morris Avenue, Union, NJ 07083.

I was contacted regarding a job i had supposedly applied for and they said they saw my application on careerbuilder.com for a customer service representative position. I asked what company and where is it located, and i kept getting back the same email reply plus the email doesn't have a company logo, contact information such as an address, email. Website, phone number so i definitely think it's a scam.
