The person Neo M***** a moderator from the fb group Schnauzer Lovers and Owners was going to give my 14 yr old daughter a puppy. My daughter was to pay 150.00 for the AKC registry paperwork. I started thinking it was a scam so I blocked the person through Messenger until I got confirmation from the group administrator Carolyn M******* who assured me that Neo wasn't a scam and she knew Neo. I unblocked Neo, apologized and continued on trying to get the puppy for my daughter. We live in Florida and the puppy was in Louisiana. I paid the person who said to pay through John [censored] with the email address ***************************m through PayPal and family and friends. I paid the person $150 & plus a fee to Paypal for 4.99. I paid her from my bank account and my 14 yr old daughter pulled the money out of her savings account and paid me back. As we were enroute, Neo contacted me wanting another $100.00 then backed down to $50 but I had to pay it then not when I got there in cash but right then the same way I had paid her the other not through Paypal goods and services but family and friends. I kept on at her until she gave me a # and the business Unicare supposedly a veterinarian services in New Orleans but the # was a New York #. The person with thar # was supposedly Franklin and that # for him that Neo gave me was ###-###-#### but I couldn't pay him the $50 I would have had to pay him $350 but Neo said thats why she had asked me to pay her the $50.. She ended up blocking me. I called the police to report it and they told me that since I had pulled over to the side of the road in Alabama and didn't come all the way to New Orleans that there was nothing they could do because Neo could just say I didn't show up. I do have pictures on my husband's phone of the messages through Messenger of both of the conversations from Neo and Carolyn. I do have the phone call recorded on my phone of Franklin.
