I purchased a pair of pants and a shirt from this company months ago. I've attempted multiple times to tell them to refund my money. They still haven't sent my order or refunded my money. They send the Same message over and over saying they want you to wait for the item it's well worth the wait.

They’re scam artists. Received wrong item. Didn’t receive second item. They just take your money and refuse to answer emails. Why are they allowed to continue? They have hundreds of bad reviews. Julie Damson

This company is posing as a real online clothing store. They charged my card for the full amount of my order in December and now it is March and I still have not receive the clothing and didn’t have any communication whatsoever until I opened a dispute with *** trying to cancel the order and be fully refunded and they have now been emailing me saying that my order will be shipped to me. This has been going on for weeks. When I say I just want to be fully refunded they say I cannot because the order is on its way. I found out later that they stole all of their images from handmade clothing shops on Instagram. I don’t ever expect to get the order and don’t even want it now if I did... I just want to be refunded, but after 5 attempts to request this cancel/refund I have been denied each time and just tonight was told “if you don’t like them when you get them you can just give them to a friend or family member” as if that is a solution for me to be refunded fully. This company is a SCAM!

This company targets consumers via social media advertisements offering clothing, kitchen goods, household items, etc. based on your interests. The website provides pictures of items for purchase, however, the item you receive in the mail is not the item pictured. It is a cheap, knock-off version of what you thought you were purchasing. It is extremely low quality and not worth the purchase price, the shipping, or the time it takes to deliver the item (it took me over a month to receive it in the mail). The specific item I purchased was described as "Leg socks made of different fabrics (virgin wool, alpaca, cotton wool)" and the product I received in the mail was cheaply printed single panel spandex that looks like it was printed on an at-home printer to sort of look like a pattern of difference fabrics. I reached out to their support email to get a refund and all they'll offer is a $3 credit to purchase more items from their company. They will not provide a refund, even though the product I received in the mail is not the product I ordered.
