I placed an order online and when the products arrived they were a mix of the incorrect products and/or completely different from the quality or pics being shown. Absolutely false advertising. When I researched the company/products online I found that 100s of other people had been scammed as well and that no one could get refunds issued effectively and everyone was being scammed. I have an email thread that goes on and on with me asking for a refund and they keep trying to get me to take partial refund because shipping is hard or they want to give me a credit. Been at it for weeks now and not getting anywhere. Someone has to do something about this company.

I ordered 5 outfits from linenmen.com on June 3, 2024. My order didn’t arrive until July 5, 2024 and I paid for express shipping because I needed the order a week from the date I placed the order. When I received the order, every single item was wrong. The colors and patterns were wrong, the sizes were wrong. The quality looked nothing like what was in the photos online!
