He provides an estimate for fence installation. He offers to provide the materials. Once the customer agrees, he issues a work proposal. The cost for the material is paid up front and from that point forward he begins to make a series of EXCUSES why the install has not begun. He eventually IGNORES all phone calls and text messages. (Also, it worth noting that the email address on his business card is NOT active.) Even when we demanded reimbursement, he still DOES NOT respond.
My sister and I drove to a few of the addresses we found on the internet and located Wayne’s truck at 8311 Camelot. I photographed [from the parking lot] the contents of his truck bed and open garage. There WAS NOT sufficient fencing material inside to complete MY job, although on 9/30/2024 he stated, “I have the materials. They’re all paid for." Wayne came out to speak to us and immediately started with his excuses again. He acknowledged receiving our texts and phone calls, but provided no explanation as to why he REFUSED to respond. I demanded my money back. He stated that he had already purchased the materials. Again, I demanded my money back. He stated that he didn’t have the money and then went inside his house.
