I ordered the items about a month ago and they told me they would be shipped within 7 to 14 business days I have not received my items and would either like my items or my money back I am very upset I spend almost $40 I am very low income so I was looking very forward to these items I have lost a lot of weight due to health issues and needed the clothes I did receive a phone call from a lady saying she was from the Mexican border patrol or something like that I thought it was a scam call cuz I was receiving a lot of those and she said did you currently order a package and I said yes and she said well what did you order and I said clothes and a curling iron set and she proceeded to say well we found drugs in your package so me thinking that it was just a scam call I said well I did not order any drugs and she started to ask for my information like my credit card information and I was not giving it to her so I said again I did not order any drugs and I hung up on her I do not know if this was related to my package or not but I thought I would add this in the message so I do hope this gets resolved and like I said I would like my items or my money back this is very disturbing......

My grandmother had ordered off of the site and when they had given her a tracking number and offered her a site. The tracking site gave only time and no locations, When she got an update in regards that it being delivered it was not. In an attempt to track and locate she wasn't able to figure out what the delivery carrier was. When I emailed them to try and find a solution it resulted in the system saying that the email the site gives isn't an email that was found at all.
