These are scammers and they will promise to send you hair but they will never send it and they will not answer your emails as txt messages

I purchased a press on set back at the end of September of this year. I’ve reached out multiple times and I was told my nails would be on the way. It’s now two months I haven’t received my order nor a refund. She will no longer respond to me

I found this business via Instagram and after reviewing the Facebook Page and Instagram page, decided to reach out to Denzel Carerro, AKA Ming Leigh, about potentially booking a hair appointment. After a brief confirmation, I booked the appointment on her website and also sent the $30 deposit via cash app. The deposit goes towards the service as stated on the site. I talked to her about bleaching a frontal wig and an installation of the wig. She confirmed the appointment would happen the next day and sent me the address. The next day, Friday, I texted her letting her know I was on the way to the appointment from my city to hers.

I drove two hours for an 8:45pm appointment. Contacted her on arrival at 8:35pm, was asked to wait in my car since a client was still being worked on. Waited AN HOUR, texted and asked for an update. She sent back the picture of the back of someone’s head and said she’s behind because she was having chest pains today. I was told it would be maybe another 30 minutes. It’s been an hour and a half sitting in my car. I told her that I would have preferred the option to reschedule and asked for my deposit back, and received response. At 10:16pm I sent a cash app refund request. It’s now 10:30pm. I’m waiting in the parking lot still and no response. Then I potentially seeing what should’ve been my stylist leaving the building, entering her car, and driving away. I got home at almost 2am with nothing to show for it.

I made a Facebook review which attractors the attention of her and her friends, in which they threatened, ridiculed, and insulted me about my hair not being done and how they’re going to use the $30.

I made a police report for theft and threats.

This lady was supposed to be doing my hair and failed to do while canceling my appointment & taking my deposit that I asked for back. I asked for my money back. This goes to show how unprofessional she is. After all this time you & many breaks from doing hair you wanna respond after I asked for my deposit back? How classless. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone!! Also I did my own investigation & this is the address of her business & do hair.. Have I would’ve known & she clarified that I’m still set for my appointment this would’ve never been an issue.

The address was no where on her page, she never sent me a confirmation after sending the deposit nor did I get a 24hr reminder/confirmation notification. That’s why I txtd in the first place. I never cancelled my appointment all I asked for was my money back.

he admitted that his account is just used for scamming people. i’ve tried to get a refund but he is a 17 year old boy. i ordered shoes from here on dec 9th as a christmas gift. never got them and never heard from him until the other day where he told me i won’t be receiving my shoes
