I placed an order from website Kobe ball.com and [email protected] took my money they sent me an order I did not place I've tried to contact them for a week on both sites they don't respond the used fake information on the label of box I received the took 115.00 dollars off my credit card and won't respond the also use website called [email protected] and won't respond I got a order I want to return and get full refund on website kobeball.com says 100 present guarantee 30 day refund and won't respond to email on site I'm stuck with something I didn't order and out 115.00 I'd like a refund and I'm going to also file a complain with you also thank you
