I had bought and paid for a Cavalier puppy through Lions Heart Spaniels, I was told the puppy was at the airport but the crate was not the right crate for the plane. The company they used: Guaranteed Express Pet Transfer. They told me I needed to rent a née crate and insurance for $1000, but would get my money back once the puppy arrived. Once I sent the money I did not hear back from them, and when I called they were very hard to understand. They could not tell me where the puppy was or if she had got on a plane. Both parties went dark several hours after I had paid an additional fee.
