LoinsFX claims to be investors in commodities like oil, precious metals and cryptocurrencies. After a lot of persuasions, I invested the sum of $500 and started trading. Not long after I tried to reach my account officer, someone who called himself Alex Johnson by mail but he wouldnt respond. I went further to call the line he used to communicate with him but it was just ringing without response. Even the company's line rings without response, I sent emails to support and contact emails but no response. I filled the form for fund withdrawal but it was not processed

The website is not closed, the phone lines are still working but nothing is happening and no means of receiving information and no one is responding
