On or around July 21, 2014 through July 31st, 2014 the employer Lisa Ann Walters- HSC left her daughter the client in extended care with myself Trina Johnson, and during that time the client stayed with me in my residence for 8 consecutive nights. The situation of payment for my service has not been claimed as of yet. The Texas Workforce Commission has completed an investigation and found me favorable of the claim in which the amount that I was entitled to is $1820.00. Today July 13th 2016, I was informed from the TWC that they had only been able to collect $50.00 from Ms. Walters after verifying her bank accounts and that there is no further action that they can take on this case.
