I signed a purchase contract with Lisa Kate for a shih tzu puppy. I can send the full content of the chat I had with Lisa thru-out the whole purchase process. After paying the adoption fee and shipping cost, I had to pay additional costs for crate rental, insurance, vaccines, city permit. However, the puppy has never been delivered. The promise to refund 98% of the crate rental and insurance upon delivery did not go through. Now I am left devastated with no puppy.

Lisa Kate now removed me from the facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/5501001536630468 - SHIHTZU PUPPIES FOR ADOPTION AND REHOMING). She also shut me out of facebook chat. Please help.
